    fainted

The light and shadow in front of Chu Jiao flashed, and time seemed to have been pressed on the fast forward button. In the blink of an eye, the people and things in front of Chu Jiao changed their appearance.

“Little master, it’s time to eat.”

    “Coming.”

The same conversation seemed to be happening every day. The little boy grew up day by day and became a teenager, but the girl’s appearance showed no signs of aging.

“Jiujiu, didn’t I tell you not to call me little master before?” The boy who was in the stage of changing his voice had a hoarse voice. He had a pair of glasses on the bridge of his nose and was thin. His black eyes had the decisive and sharp look that Chu Jiao was familiar with. He walked downstairs, took the dish from the girl’s hand, held her hand and said, “Call me Achen.”

The girl tilted her head, and Chu Jiao noticed that her expression was much calmer than before. There seemed to be a hint of human doubt in her silver-grey eyes, “But the little master is the little master. This is the default title set by the master for 9527, and 9527 cannot be changed.”

“I told you not to call that woman ‘Master’! She now has a new family and a new son,” the young man suddenly kicked a stool angrily, “Your master is now only me, and this family only belongs to the two of us!”

The confusion in the girl’s eyes was even worse, “But the master is the master, and the little master is the master’s son. Before the master left, he ordered 9527 to take good care of the little master.” Although she is an intelligent robot, she does not understand human emotions and only has pure logical reasoning ability.

“It doesn’t matter,” the young man seemed to realize that it didn’t make sense to say this to the girl. He stopped explaining and just buried his head in the meal. “One day you will understand… one day…”

The young man muttered this, and while eating, he turned on the smart brain on his wrist. Lines of code were dancing on the transparent blue screen. The young man looked at them one by one, while the girl stood aside as always, watching the young man quietly.

The boy hurried upstairs after eating, seeming to be busy with something, while the girl was clearing away the dishes and doing housework.

However, as she was doing it, her movements began to become sluggish, and the light in her silver-gray eyes began to flicker. She only had time to raise one hand, and her whole body stagnated, falling straight to the ground, and the bowl in her hand also fell to the ground.

The sound of breaking porcelain alarmed the young man upstairs. He stopped tapping and asked “What’s wrong” several times without receiving a response, so he got up and went downstairs. When he saw the girl’s unconscious appearance, his expression changed.

    “Nine-nine, ninety-nine!”

He ran to the living room in panic and pulled out a box from the drawer.Throwing aside the pamphlet covering it, he hurriedly took out the instrument inside and ran back to the girl. After lifting the girl up, he rested her head on his shoulder and lifted her long black hair.

There was a red dot on the back of the girl’s neck. The boy started the instrument and connected it to the red dot on the girl’s back neck.Looking at the slowly turning blue light of the instrument, he finally breathed a sigh of relief and murmured into the girl’s neck, “Jiujiu… I only have you, don’t leave me.”

The pages of the pamphlet that fell on the floor rustled as the wind blew it open.On the page that was opened, the words “life span: ten years” were clearly listed.
