There is a bright moon in my heart【14】

Li Xin’s scalp went numb, she stood up suddenly, and slapped him with her backhand.

    “Crack!”

A crisp sound broke all the charm and ambiguity in the air, leaving only the sweet smell of peaches.

The movement was so loud that people on the left and behind were attracted, curiously poking their heads around.

Li Xin picked up her handbag, stepped over he, and left without looking back.

Facing everyone’s looks of surprise, astonishment, or confusion, Qu Yanfei touched half of his slightly swollen face with his hand and chuckled:

    “It really hurts a little.”

    But it got him interested.

On the other side, Li Xin left the auditorium.

It was a cool time in the autumn night. She took a deep breath, and the troubled thoughts in her heart were relieved a lot.

She took out her mobile phone and sent a text message to Li Yu, telling her that she had something to do and had to take the first step.

Immediately afterwards, she called Shao Zeyang.

    ——No one answered.

She frowned, feeling that he’s sudden disappearance had something to do with her.

But she will not take the initiative to find him.

Tonight, she indirectly rejected Shao Zeyang. With his arrogance, he would feel awkward and uncomfortable, so it was better to give both parties some space and let time heal everything.

But without Shao Zeyang, the driver had to keep Li Yu to see her off, so she had no choice but to take a taxi back.

Li Xin pursed her lips, gathered her coat, and walked slowly toward the school gate.

Most of the students from T University crowded into the auditorium, and only a few remained on campus. Most of them were student couples, taking advantage of the quiet time to date.

Li Xin felt comfortable walking alone and could enjoy this rare silence.

    “Hello!”

Just as Li Xin was walking leisurely across the cobblestone path, a tall figure suddenly emerged from the diagonal and blocked her in front of her.

She was startled and took two steps back:

    “Who are you?”

she asked, half wary and half confused.

The upper body of the visitor was hidden in the shadows. He lowered his head and couldn’t see his face clearly. He could only catch a glimpse of his trousers and his hands that were restlessly stirring.

    “I’m a student here,”

    he rubbed his sleeves nervously,

“Senior sister, I, I just want to ask you for your contact information, is that okay? You, you are beautiful.”

He turned out to be a shy little boy.

Li Xin breathed a sigh of relief, and most of the stones in her heart fell away, and her vigilance turned into dumbfounding:

“I’m not your senior. I’ve been working for a long time. Also, don’t be so scary in the future. Do you understand?”

It is normal for a young boy to be impulsive. Li Xin would not feel offended, so his tone became more or less gentle:

“Go find a girl of the same age and have a good relationship, and I can be your sister.”

    The boy remained silent.

Li Xin thought he had been hit, so he walked closer and patiently reassured:

“But thank you for the compliment. I’m very happy.”

After hearing this, the boy hesitated for a moment and slowly raised his head:

“Miss, you have serious double standards~”

    his voice changed instantly,

“Why are you so cruel to me, huh?”

As he spoke, he walked out of the shadows, with the familiar crisp short hair and delicate face, with sharp eyebrows and a slightly unruly look.

Li Xin’s eyes widened and she was furious:

    “It’s you again?!”

    This little bastard!

Qu Yanfei grinned, his smile bright and the dimples on his cheeks clearly visible:

    “You missed me?”

Li Xin spat hard and asked harshly:

    “Are you following me?!”

Qu Yanfei shrugged and said slowly:

“My heart longs for it, and I can’t help myself.”
