    Chapter Index

When Dorayaki and the others came to knock on the door the next morning, each of them had their hands full of things.

Some people were holding red roses, some were holding colorful hydrogen balloons, some were holding festive dolls for weddings, and the next few people were holding forty or fifty ribbon cannons.

When Jiang Wan opened the door, she was really surprised by their posture.

    “Hahaha! Sister! We are here!”

Jiang Wan looked at the things in their arms in confusion, “What are you…what are these…for?”

“Where’s Ajin?” Dorayaki squeezed in, “Ajin has no experience in proposing, so we are going to help him organize a unique proposal feast. Ah, sister, you should go out for a walk and come back after we finish it…”

He was about to come in with flowers in his arms when he glanced out of the corner of his eye and saw the ring on Jiang Wan’s ring finger. He blinked, “…What’s going on? Is Ajin so fast? He’s already proposed?”

Wen Jin had just come out of the shower, and his wet hair was still dripping. He took a towel and wiped it while walking to the door. He glanced at the Dorayaki people, then walked into the room, took out two red notebooks and handed them to them.

    Everyone: “…”

“Holy shit!” Tongluo Shao threw the flowers to the donkey in shock, took the red book in Wen Jin’s hand and opened it, “Holy shit! You just said you were getting married last night! You’re getting married today! Do you want it to be so fast? I haven’t asked about the child yet!”

“The child is my brother’s.” Jiang Wan explained in a low voice.

Donkey Rolling and others were shocked at the door. They stared for a long time before asking, “Ajin, did you propose last night?”

    Wen Jin nodded.

Dorayaki didn’t believe it very much, “Why do you ask for it?”

“I said marriage.” Wen Jin glanced at Jiang Wan, stretched out his hand to hold her hand, “Wanwan said yes.”

    Everyone: “…”

Dorayaki scratched his face, “Damn! Just gone like this!?”

“Then you went to get the certificate in the morning?!” Donkey Rolling asked.

“We set out to run to the Civil Affairs Bureau at seven o’clock.” Wen Jin wiped his hair with a towel with one hand, tilted his head slightly, raised his chin, and spoke in a voice with the deep texture of a subwoofer, “We waited for half an hour before they opened the door.”

    Everyone: “…”

“Why are you running to the Civil Affairs Bureau?!”

Dorayaki was going crazy, “You took your sister to get the certificate, and you even went for a run?!”

“Yeah.” Wen Jin nodded, “By the way.”

    “…”

In front of Jiang Wan, the Dorayaki people didn’t dare to ask him whether he was collecting the certificate or running!

Because you have no idea what shocking words will pop out of Wen Jin’s mouth in the next second!

“Why don’t you propose? We bought everything, candles, flowers, and balloons! Ribbon cannons! You should at least organize a proposal ceremony for your sister that you will never forget!”

Dorayaki pointed at the people behind him, “Look, all of us bought something just to hold a proposal ceremony for you.”

“Actually, it’s not too late to get a replacement now,” said Donkey Rolling.

Everyone nodded, “Yes, you don’t need to intervene, we will take care of it.”

“No need.” Wen Jin refused very seriously, “I have seen many proposal videos, and the girls who were proposed to were crying miserably.”

“Yes, I am so touched. Girls usually do this when they are proposed to. They are so moved that they burst into tears. People around me want to cry when they see it!”

Dorayaki and others echoed, and the more they talked, the more they felt that Wen Jin had missed the most important ceremony in his life.

Then I heard Jin say with a serious expression.

“I have promised Wanwan that I will not let her cry in the future.”

Jiang Wan reflexively pulled Wen Jin’s arm, “Okay, let’s go in, go in.”

She pulled him inside, trying to let him skip the topic. Unexpectedly, Wen Jin took a few steps and turned around to finish the sentence.

    “Except in bed.”

    Everyone: “…”

    Jiang Wan: “…”
