    Chapter Index

“What?” Jiang Ye was so shocked that his brain shut down for a moment, thinking he had heard wrongly.

Although Yu Nianhuan is a wild girl who advocates violence, hasn’t she restrained herself a lot recently?

In her own words, teaching him had consumed so much of her time and energy that she was too lazy to cause trouble anymore.

Now, how could she suddenly get into a fight with someone and end up in the hospital?

“Is the little fish injured?” he asked anxiously.

Although she is very fierce, in the eyes of everyone, she is just a female King Kong.

However, he knew that inside her seemingly powerful body lived a sensitive and pain-shy little woman.

The fish mother sighed: “She beat others to the point of breaking their bones, and even made herself go to the hospital for several stitches… It really… pissed me off!”

She exhaled a few breaths irritably, looked at her watch, and said, “I have to go to the hospital, will you go?”

    “Go.”

The hospital was filled with the smell of disinfectant. Jiang Ye wrinkled his nose, walked through the long corridor, and finally arrived at the ward where Yu Nianhuan was located.

She put on hospital clothes, her head was wrapped in layers of gauze, and she lay pale on the hospital bed.

There was a hanging bottle hanging above the bed, and the transparent liquid inside was dripping down.

He approached quietly and saw her like this for the first time – as fragile as a fragile porcelain doll.

My heart suddenly felt a sharp stabbing pain, as if someone had stabbed me with a needle.

He frowned, trying to adjust his breathing and suppress the pain in his heart.

The moment the fish mother saw Yu Nianhuan, she was so angry that she was instantly extinguished because of her heartache.

Her eyes were slightly red, and she sat quietly beside the hospital bed, gently stroking her cold face with warm fingers.

“Jiang Ye…” She groaned subconsciously and faintly woke up.

Unexpectedly, what caught my eye was the beautiful face of my mother.

Her breath was stagnant, and she wanted to continue pretending to be dead before the fish mother started to curse.

However, the fish mother is not an easy person to fool.

She pinched her cheek, and she grimaced in pain.

“It hurts! Oh my god, please be gentle! I just got stitches on my head!”

Yu Nianhuan excitedly grabbed Yu Mu’s wrist, not daring to move too much for fear of involving her own wounds.

“You know it hurts and you fight with others?! Huh?!”

The fish mother was so angry that she failed to control her voice, causing the patients in the ward to pay attention to her.

Seeing this, Jiang Ye quickly stepped forward and pulled the two women apart.

“Auntie, keep your voice down, this is a hospital.”

After Jiang Ye reminded her, Yu Mu realized that she had actually lost her composure in front of everyone.

She retracted her hand, temporarily suppressing the anger in her heart, and nodded slightly to the other patients apologetically: “I’m sorry to disturb everyone’s rest…”

“Jiang Ye…” When she saw Jiang Ye, Yu Nianhuan instantly became energetic.

She winked at him mischievously and pointed to the schoolbag on his back, “Why don’t you find a place to put your bag first?”

“Huh?” Jiang Ye then realized that he had just forgotten to put his bag home.

“Are you worried about me? So you were so anxious to see me that you even forgot your bag.” Yu Nian said happily.

Jiang Ye could come to the hospital with her mother, which meant that he might have been home not long ago.

However, he did not rush home. Instead, he came to the hospital to visit her first.

Does this mean that he actually has her in his heart?

“Auntie is here, don’t talk nonsense.” He lowered his voice and said to her secretly.

Yu Nianhuan’s eyes darkened, “You really don’t know what to do…”
