    Chapter Index

After entering, Jiang Wan could clearly see the world inside the door.

It was like a giant cinema, with four large screens in front. Two commentators, a man and a woman, were sitting at the front, wearing headsets and adjusting the sound. Behind them was a huge stage.

The overhead par lights, spotlights, stage lights, and spotlights all hit the stage, and the center of the entire stage was dazzling and dazzling.

It was almost pitch black under the stage. Through the lights on the stage, you could see clearly that there were seats all around. There were about a thousand or more seats, half of which were already filled with people. Most of them were members of the team playing games, and they were all wearing uniforms.

Jiang Wan couldn’t help but sigh when she thought there were thousands of fans outside.

It’s so hot outside, shouldn’t they just have to wait outside?

Wen Jin and Dorayaki were not available for the warm-up match, so the group found a seat where the invitation tickets were registered and sat down, and started chatting quietly.

They sat in the second row, very close to the stage.

Jiang Wan couldn’t help but look around. There were young people wearing team uniforms walking around. They were either answering the phone or talking to their teammates. They spoke professional terms that Jiang Wan couldn’t understand.

    This is Wen Jin’s world.

A world that made her feel both novel and curious.

“Sister, do you usually watch the live broadcast of Ajin’s game?” Dorayaki sat on her right side. After talking to the people next to him, he talked to her.

    “Well… I watch it occasionally.”

Jiang Wan felt a little guilty, she had only seen it twice.

She turned her head and looked to the left. Wen Jin was wearing a mask, and the lower half of her face was completely covered, only the high bridge of her nose was exposed. Her long hair covered her eyebrows, and she could only see the deep silkworms under her eyes.

Sensing Jiang Wan’s gaze, he turned his head and looked over. His dark pupils reflected the light of the stage. In that dazzling light, there was a shrunken Jiang Wan.

Thinking Jiang Wan was about to speak, he moved slightly closer. The subwoofer’s voice was very deep and magnetic, “What’s wrong?”

    “Nothing.” Jiang Wan whispered back.

Wen Jin glanced at her again, then grabbed her hand and held it.

Jiang Wan blushed and turned her head to look.

Everyone in Dorayaki covered their eyes and collectively wailed: “Stop abusing the dog, please Ajin!”

At 8:08, everyone entered the venue, the door was closed, and the entire venue was dark except for the stage lights.

There must have been a lot of fans coming in. Jiang Wan heard someone calling Wen Jin’s name, but the host on the stage had already started speaking and everyone fell silent.

The host came out to introduce the organizers and investors, and also ran a few advertisements, and then introduced some of the more popular teams in the form of photos and videos.

Probably because it was not a formal competition, the host and team members were relatively relaxed, and there was no tense atmosphere. When Jiang Wan saw the host reading the list, a group of people below screamed and whistled, and then the screen showed two rows of competing members.

Each of them had a computer in front of them. After several people checked the computers and headsets, the official competition began.

Jiang Wan couldn’t understand the game. When they were over, she didn’t know who won and who lost. She only knew that the audience was very noisy and the host’s voice was fast and full of passion.

The single route played in the warm-up field – Valley of Decisive Battle, was played very quickly, with an average of fifteen minutes per game.

At the end of the first game, when the teams were replaced, the host gave everyone three minutes to organize themselves.

The coach came from nowhere and brought a group of new players over to greet everyone. Everyone else stood up, except Wen Jin who sat motionless on his chair.

“This is Wen Jin.” The coach walked up to Wen Jin and said without hesitation in his praise, “Among the players I have led, he is the most powerful. His speed and reaction are very flexible in all aspects.”

New and young faces came over.

    “Hello, brother Jin!”

“Brother Jin, I like you so much! I watch your live broadcast all the time!”

“Brother Jin, you are simply like a god! You are so handsome when you play games!”

Facing the compliments and praises from seven or eight newcomers, Wen Jin, who was sitting on the chair, could only say a faint word.

    “Yeah.”

Jiang Wan pulled his sleeve and motioned for him to say a few more words, at least to say hello and not make people too embarrassed.

Wen Jin completely misunderstood. He raised his chin at a few people and tilted his head slightly.

Under the eager and expectant gaze of the newcomer, and under Jiang Wan’s encouraging eyes, he said in that deep and pleasant voice, “Give way, you are blocking us.”

    Everyone: “…”
